Another one from my friend, Megan. She had a great idea to use leftover turkey in place of the chicken!

Ingredients

  • 8 item(s) Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle Reduced-Fat Buttermilk Biscuit(s)
  • 10 1/2 oz Campbell’s 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 6 oz cooked chicken fillet
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 3/4 oz low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Press the biscuits a muffin pan and up the sides to form cups. In a bowl combine the chicken, soup, cheese, parsley, and pepper. Mix well. Spoon evenly into cups. Place muffin pan on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
The cups will be very full and may bubble over, so the cookie sheet will prevent spilling over in the oven.
