Sorry that I have been missing in action lately! I have been traveling like crazy and just can’t seem to get caught up with everything. Not to mention that having four children in elementary school is keeping my head spinning. Aaugh! I have been failing miserably keeping track of who needs what on which day and where!!
So the good news: I have been doing well with the exercise again. I feel like I am gaining muscle and endurance. And, of course, the bad news: I have been sucking with the eating part, hard to believe, right?! I took a girls-weekend-shopping-trip in Minneapolis this past weekend and there was SUCH good food. I had margaritas, Chex mix (my weakness!), cheesecake, candy… NOT GOOD PEOPLE!
I am down 0.4 this week, which I will gladly take after all the shitty food I have had! My hubby left for work again, so I am going to completely focus this week on eating right and journaling!
