Monday, 12/8: 50 minutes AMT, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Did I mention that I was a wee bit hungover?! And I still went? Yay!!

Tuesday, 12/9: 43 minutes AMT, 7 minutes elliptical (my machine was taken until then!), 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

Wednesday, 12/10: 50 minutes AMT, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Ouch. Iā€™m sore today!!!

Thursday, 12/11: 50 minutes AMT, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

The rest of the week?? Going to Minneapolis to burn calories doing some serious shopping! ;o)
