Here’s how it will work.
Every week, (after this week, it will be every Wednesday,) you’ll write a post on your personal blog about the challenge, you’ll then come here to Shrinking Jeans and type in your blog name and a link to your most current weight challenge post (a.ka. your permalink). Keep it real, don’t just post when you’ve lost weight, post ALL OF THE TIME. It not only helps us feel normal reading about other people’s struggles, but it also helps you remain accountable for your weight loss. (how to you paste a link from your blog onto our link list? For the first week, we invite you to write an introduction to yourself, allowing others to learn about you and your goals. Feel free to post before pictures and your past history with your weight!
Once you’ve written that post, copy your permalink and paste it into our link list. Now before we go any further, we actually call our link list, Mr. Linky, which sounds a little dirty, but it’s not, we swear. It’s just a wonderful way to keep a list of everyone who is participating.
So, here you go, here’s your first Mr. Linky. Don’t be nervous, YOU CAN’T MESS IT UP. Anything can be deleted either by you or us, so relax, it’s easy! Tell us about yourself!
