Weigh-In Wednesday

Yes, ladies (and man), it’s that time again. We are so proud of you for making it this far!!

Time to pull the old scale out, blow the dust off, and step on. Are the numbers dropping for you? Good! If not, that’s okay too, but buckle down because we’re about to enter the hardest two weeks of the year. Christmas and New Years!

This week, why don’t you tell us how you plan to maintain control during the holiday season. Do you have any secret weapons, tricks, tips, anything, to help us avoid shoving endless amounts of cookies and cakes and other treats into our mouths?

As you can see, Mr. Linky still hasn’t made an appearance, so just submit your weigh-in info and link to your post in the comments section again! AND, if you have any suggestions for posts or questions, please feel free to ask in your comment!

Here’s to another wonderful week of Shrinking Jeans. Come on girls (and guy) we can do this!!

    Ah man, I want that button but since I got two different readings when I weighed in at the beginning I will wait till I’m officially down 5. Darn scale!

    Missed the weigh-in scale at church Sunday since I was out of town but I calibrated my home scale as close as I could to the “official” scale and it appears I’ve probably lost another 3.5 pounds for a total of EIGHT! *big smile*

    My weight has not changed which is expected since I haven’t been to the gym in a week and Aunt Flo came to visit me. I am not too shocked or disappointed, I’ve been feeling sick since Friday so I couldn’t work out. Oh well, went to the gym this evening and did as much as I could.
    Congrats to everyone having great results!!

    Just found your site. Thanks for the motivation. This holiday season my goal is to keep to my exercise plan. It seems that once I start slacking it takes me forever to get back to my usual routine. It is hard to find time during the holiday season so I am working up some busy day workouts.
