Fruity Granola yogurt parfait
6 oz low fat plain or flavored yogurt (WW has excellent 1 point yogurts)
1/2 c. low fat granola
1/2 c. of fruit of your choice (strawberries, bananas, blueberries)
With a tall glass, layer ingredients as you wish. Such as yogurt, fruit, granola. Then dig in and enjoy!
Depending on which yogurt you use, you can get up to 15 grams of protein and about 5 grams of fiber in the easy breakfast.
