This recipe is from Megan… I have had it at her house several times and it is so delicious and kids love it!
Bread Machine Pizza

Ingredients

1/2 cup(s) Contadina Pizza Sauce |
|
8 oz Alpine Lace Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
|
1/2 tsp table salt |
|
3/4 cup(s) water |
|
1 1/2 tsp yeast |
|
1/2 tsp sugar |
|
1 cup(s) bread flour |
|
2 tbsp Carapelli Extra virgin olive oil |
|
15 slice(s) Hormel Mild pepperoni |
|
1 cup(s) whole wheat flour |
|
1/4 cup(s) Sardo Sliced Green Olives |
Instructions
Add the water and olive oil to bread machine pan. Add the flours, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yeast. Set machine on Dough setting.
When finished, roll out dough onto floured board to make a 14-15″ circle. Spray pizza pan with Pam, transfer dough to pizza pan. Prebake at 425F until crust just begins to brown.
Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce, cheese, pepporoni, & green olives over the top. Bake at 425 for 7-10 minutes until done to your liking. Slice into 8 and enjoy!
