		<description>Oh yeah the goal thing:

I don&#039;t think its fair to my middle-aged metabolism to set an incremental weight loss goal. I&#039;ll end up depressing myself at least once so no, I&#039;m not going that route. Also, just been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis, and my knees are weird so I can&#039;t push myself as hard as I want. Last time I tried I blew my knees out for about a week. 
What I will set is this: 

By start of my kids&#039; Spring Break I want to be 1 size smaller. By Summer Break I want to be 2 sizes smaller.

I want to work out at least 3x a week for at least 45 minutes. 

I think those are meetable goals. As I go along, I&#039;m sure I&#039;&#039;ll find myself able to do more, and the list will grow as I shrink!!!
