Quick and easy english muffin pizza

With already confessing my love for Weight Watcher English Muffins earlier today, I share with you my favorite use for them. Quick and easy mini pizzas! This is such an easy recipe for kids to help with too.

Who doesn’t love quick and easy? Quick pizzas, even better.

Ingredients:

A pack of WW english muffins

Fat free shredded Mozzarella cheese

Any pizza sauce

and your choice of toppings

DIrections:

Turn broiler on. Line a cookie sheet with foil and split the muffins in half and lay  muffins out.  Spoon a little bit of sauce on each one, put toppings on and top with cheese. But them in the broiler until the cheese starts to melt. Pull them out and enjoy!

    English muffin pizzas are one of my go-to easy, kid-friendly dinners. My grandma used to make them for me when I was little! I’m definitely going to try out the WW muffins. What a great way to make a tasty treat even better for you!

    These are a favorite around here for everyone.  They are so versatile and easy.  I love them for nights when I just don’t feel like cooking.
