Weigh-In Wednesday

The holidays are behind us, the new year is upon us, and we have made it through the first week of the Looking Fine for Valentines challenge!  Woo-hoo!

So, let’s hear it! How did you do? Piece of cake or did you have a tough time? Are you sticking with your resolutions? Write your personal blog post telling us all about it, link it to Shrinking Jeans, then come back and leave a comment telling us where to find you! No blog? No problem- just pour your heart out in the comment section below!

There are a ton of new faces around the Sisterhood and we can’t wait to hear from you! Be sure and check out some sites and leave happy thoughts and words of wisdom to our fellow sisters and brother(s)!

And don’t forget to grab your buttons as you hit those all-important milestones!

About Lissa: Melissa is the Co-Founder of Shrinking Kitchen and the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans She has been married for a dozen years and is mother to four children (15,12, 8 and 8), with more soon coming her way through the foster care system.     It was a good week even though I didn’t get in all of the workouts that I wanted too. I’m DOWN 1 pound, which I’m very happy about (my goal for this particular challenge is 5 pounds).

    WOW, there were some really great losers (meant in love, of course) out there this week! How motivating!

    I’d like a do-over on last week please! Actually it wasn’t that bad, I just made some poor choices on Tuesday that resulted in a .6# gain for the week. gulp. I’m not too bummed about it though.

I am starting to recognize that I have to be careful about drinking alcoholic beverages, they tend to made me lose my willpower and eat whatever I want.

    I can’t weigh myself today due to not having a scale but I did a yoga class this week and have really been watching what I’ve been eating. I’m anxious to see how much I weigh after not working out for two weeks due to being sick. I am afraid of what it will say!!

    I am so impressed with everyone’s weight loss this week!! It is so fantastic to see so many people having success!!
