Weigh-in Wednesday

Well, we’re 2 weeks into the Looking Fine for Valentine’s Challenge! How are you doing? Is the weight starting to come off? We hope so.

We also put up a poll on the sidebar. Over there on the right, down just a little. We really care what you think! Afterall, this site isn’t just for us, it’s for you! So tell us, what do you think? Do you like what we’re doing? Do you want to see more of something? Less of something? Do you want to see more mini-challenges? More about exercise, recipes, interviews, success stories? Let us know, because we’re constantly striving to make sure this site is everything you want it to be. Everything you need it to be!

And as always, be sure to spread some comment love to all of the Sisters (and brother). Click those links and leave some encouraging words. It feels so good to know that others are pulling for you!

    Well, I would never have guessed it, but I managed to lose another half-pound this week. My SIL was out from Saturday night to yesterday afternoon and I didn’t exercise ANYTHING ~ least of all self-discipline!!!

    I stayed the same and I am so happy with that!! Traveling usually does me in, but Brian and Beth helped me stay on track!!

    My weight this week is 154!

    I’ll try to post later today, but it seems I’ve been hit by the stomach bug my daughter’s getting over. UGH.

    I’m back up to 140lbs. Not really surprised since I’ve been gaining and losing the same two pounds for the past month. My exercise this past week was great, but eating definitely could have been better. I’ll try a little harder this week to watch my portions. On the plus side, I was able to run for 8.5 miles on Saturday!

    When I get stuck, I hang up my favorite pair of skinny jeans – in the bedroom, or better yet (if hubs is travelling so not there to fuss about it) I’ll hang ‘em in the kitchen. I think about how awesome it will be to button them and not be uncomfortable, and I’ll usually find the extra motivation to do something for the day.

    I did manage to lose another 1.5 pounds. That’s 6 TOTAL, thus far!
