Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges

[ 4 ] 02/21/2009 |

If you haven’t tried the Laughing Cow cheese wedges yet, you must. The wedges come in four flavors:

Original Cream Swiss

Light Swiss Original (my Fave!)

Light Garlic & Herb

Light French Onion

They have a ton of flavor and the Light wedges have only 35 calories each and 2 grams of fat! The regular version has 50 calories and 4 grams of fat.

I like to spread mine on top of Reduced Fat Wheat Thins for a delcious snack. You could also use the cheese on top of your favorite snack cracker, bagels, or even pretzels.

Can you say cheesy goodness? Mmmm….

I love them on mini-bagels for a snack under 150 calories!

My favorites as well and at 1 WW point, I also use them spread on turkey sandwiches (and don't forget they count as dairy as well.)
