Tomorrow is weigh-in day and I am not looking forward to it.
I returned from my 5 day vacation with Shrinking Jeans Sister Christy and while I do not feel as if I indulged on the eating front, the scale is telling me otherwise. Mind you, I did not step on the scale AT ALL while at her place, not one measley time. Maybe I should have!
Exercising did not exist because hey, I was on vacation. Plus, we had too many other things going on. I know, I know…excuses, excuses.
Regardless, tomorrow is weigh-in day and no matter what that damn scale says, I promise NOT to pick it up and chunk it at the wall. Really.
