Pork Chops Yum Yum

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound(s) Market Day Bone-In Pork Chop |
|
1/4 cup(s) honey |
|
1/2 cup(s) fat-free chicken broth |
|
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce |
|
2 tbsp ketchup |
|
2 tbsp ground ginger |
|
2 tbsp minced garlic |
Instructions
Brown chops on both sides.
Place in casserole dish sprayed with PAM.
Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for one hour.
