Kellogg's Fiber Plus Chewy Bars

Hey guys! 

I was in the grocery store the other day and there was a sale on Kellogg’s Fiber Plus Chewy Bars (plus I had a coupon- yippee!).  I had heard good things about these bars and I decided to give them a try.

OK, seriously.  They were delicious and I wanted to eat the ENTIRE box in one sitting.  Yes, they were that good.  It almost tasted so good that you forgot you were eating something HEALTHY for you. 

Here are the nutrition stats for one bar:

  • 35% of your daily fiber
  • rich in antioxidants, vitamin E and zinc
  • 7g of whole grains
  • good source of calcium
  • WW points- 2 points per bar

So what are you waiting for?  You MUST give these bars a try and let me know if you like them as much as I do.

    I actually tried these today!! I'm with you…wanted to eat the entire box! But I didn't. :o)

    I LOVE the dark chocolate/almond ones. It is almost like eating a candy bar!!! LOVE!

    These are good. Just be careful. There is some serious fiber packed into these little bars. There is actually a warning on some of the boxes about easing these into your daily diet. You could have a really uncomfortable day if you actually did eat the whole box!

    I BUY FOUR BOX'S OF THE DARK CHOCOLATE ALMOND A WEEK…. THEY ARE LIKE CANDY BARS MMMMMMmmmMmMm GOOD! LOL

    Lisa, I agree! Great taste, and only 2 ww points. What could be better? Just be careful, you may be tempted to eat the whole box, but then that would defeat the purpose!
