		<description>ok shredders... question.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;what causes leg pain during shred.  Not the achy muscle pain.  It almost feels like joint pain.  Just below my knee on my left leg.  It feels like it&#039;s on the bone  that sticks out.  I think i&#039;m feeling it most during jumping jacks.</description>

		<description>I just finished my workout for the night...Day 4 of the Shred! The DVD went better than the previous 3 days! I must be getting more acclimated to the pain! i also noticed today I could move, sit, and walk without pain...first day in 3 days!&lt;br&gt;I&#039;ve also been adding the WiiFit Hula into my workout...I didn&#039;t do so good tonight. 233 spins on my warmup 70 second Hula. Then I&#039;m working through the 6 minute duration-- and crapped out on the first round! But I did complete the second round and ended with a total of 865 spins.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m shredding away, and I&#039;m also not that sore today. In fact, even after today&#039;s workout, I was fine all day. It&#039;s getting a little easier, but I do still have to take one of those 5-second breaks Jillian allows. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m the opposite of you though, I hate the cardio part, and I love the abs part. I think it&#039;s just unnatural for me to be doing butt kicks in my living room. I feel like I&#039;m shaking the entire house with all that bouncing! I do enjoy the punching portion because from where I do the workout, it is like I am punching Jillian&#039;s face and that makes me laugh. I cannot do many pushups on my toes yet. Maybe by Level 2?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I can&#039;t wait to go to my Weight Watchers meeting on Saturday and tell them that I&#039;ve been shredding since Monday. I&#039;m sure to get a &quot;Bravo&quot; sticker for this one!
