		<description>I can&#039;t do mlik.  It totally makes me gag.  I do LivActive cheese sticks and yogurt everyday though.  I&#039;ll have to work on a third.  The ice cream thing might just work, even though that is one of the things I&#039;ve been trying to stay away from.</description>
