		<description>i NEEDED THIS CHALLENGE!!! &amp; I had no idea.. I am really good @ getting 40+ oz in but it really wasn&#039;t enough &amp; I knew it.. my goal was 80 but I usually hit a happy medium @ about 60.  since this challenge I have gotten 64 every day &amp; a couple of times 96! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;THANKS!</description>

		<description>I bought a 32oz plastic water bottle at WalMart (BPA safe!) and it&#039;s been super easy to keep up with the water downage...just drink two of these babies a day and I&#039;m set.  Plus, doing shredding means I usually drink more than 2 a day.  I just take the water bottle with me wherever I go and sip sip sip.</description>

		<description>Oh! Here&#039;s a challenge I can do! I have my 1-liter Sigg water bottle with me at all times. I almost always drink two of those every day. Sometimes I supplement the water with a glass or two of wine though. ;-)</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve found that once you start drinking water, your body craves it and it&#039;s not so bad. I used to drink nothing but Diet Cokes all.day.long. No water at all. Once I started on the water, I felt like I needed it and I was parched if I didn&#039;t get enough in. It&#039;s strange how the body works like that! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was drinking over a gallon a day because I was thirsty ALL THE TIME. I couldn&#039;t get enough. Now I try to get at least 64-96 ounces in a day, and I do a pretty good job most of the time. Some days I slack, though.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;ve found that having a big water bottle (mine is a 32 oz. Rubbermaid) with the ounces marked on it, helps me keep track.</description>
