True Confessions – Melissa

1.  I’m still shredding. This should be Day 8.

2. I only did about 1/3 of the program on Friday and skipped Saturday. Now I don’t know what I should do… call today Day 1, Day 6, or Day 8????

3. I did awesome with my eating last week. Until Friday. I was actually down a few pounds, now I am deathly afraid to see the damage that has incurred from the weekend.

4. I ate candy. Lots of candy. Candy is a weakness.

5. It is finally nice out today. I can see some green grass and the snow is almost gone. This makes me very, very happy.

6. I still have a sore throat. My husband has a super-bad, red, sore throat. He is going to the doctor in a half hour. I have a feeling we have a family of streptococcus invading us.

    I need to post confessions on my blog today too. Yesterday I think I ate enough calories to last THREE days. I did Shred, but I think I need about three times the shredding to erase what i did yesterday.

    You know, I'd be slim and fit and healthy, if only I never left my house and socialized with people. :-)

    I hope you don't have strep! Strep sucks! But don't beat yourself up about not shredding. No sense in making yourself sicker by overdoing it.
