Weigh-in Wednesday – Shrink Into Summer Challenge, Week 4

shrinkintosummer-1Can you believe we’re halfway through the Shrink Into Summer challenge? Yes, it’s true, we have 4 weeks left! Four whole weeks to meet your goal, and you can do it!

You know the drill! Hop on your scales, blog all about it, and come back here with your link. Did you struggle this week? Did you triumph? Tell us how you’re doing. Be real, be honest. This journey is hard on so many levels-physically, mentally, emotionally-and it’s important to keep a journal of how you feel each week so you can go back and realize what’s worked for you and what hasn’t.

Are you Shredding with the Sisterhood? If you are, how are you feeling? We’re now on Level 2, Day 8 and quickly approaching Level 3! Even if you didn’t join us from the beginning, it’s never to late to start the 30-Day Shred. It’s a life changing workout, and you’ll never be sorry you tried it. You might be sore, but not be sorry.

    Good idea… they make it seem so easy with the pills, don't they!? Unfortunately there is no quick fix… so not fair! ;o) Hang in there!

    I've been doing great with the exercise (Shred, no/Gym, yes) but I haven't really put 100% toward my eating. My hubby pointed out that all I'm doing is cancelling the other out. I hate it when he's right! I really need to get with it!

    I didn't blog today. Mainly because it's my hubby's bday and I blogged with a nice note about how great he is! but, also because I totally forgot to get on the scale this morning! I honestly doubt I lost any weight. Last week I was 153 and I'm pretty sure I am the same. Not too good with the exercise this week. Have bailed on the shredding, but plan to start up again after my 10k race at end of May. The good news is I had a really fantastic training run this past Sat. of 3 miles. Looking forward to another good one this weekend. I will pick back up with blogging and posting my weight next week I promise!

    The same thing is happening to me. Since I started shredding I haven't gained, but haven't lost either! I do feel stronger, and my clothes feel good, but it still would be encouraging to see the numbers go down! I have started doing extra cardio on the treadmill to see if that helps! Good luck, and don't quit!!

    I am surprised to be down 2 more pounds….that puts me at 162! That's with me falling off the shredding wagon…which I am climbing back on! And having a birthday and date night this past week….Come on….big pounds loss!

    Oh my goodness. Where in the HELL did this day go??

    Didn't post AGAIN but by some sort of miracle, I am down from last week…but up overall.

    I'm still here, I just didn't have a chance to weigh this week. But, I have since I got home and things are right where I left them. I AM seeing lots of improvements in my body from the shredding, just no weight changes.
