Here We Go!

Who’s ready?! Today is the day! Lace up your sneakers, pop in your DVD, and grab those weights! Once again, we are gearing up for our 30 Day Shred challenge! We LOVE to HATE Jillian Michaels here at The Sisterhood! And you know what? It works!! Did you see Lisa’s results? Check out those buff arms!

We don’t want to do this alone! Whether your a newbie or continuing on for the second round, please join us for the next 30 days! We can pretty much guarantee that you will be sore, and some days it will be SO HARD to do, but the end result? SO WORTH IT! We are also going to be featuring a first-timer guest poster, who will be sharing their take on this whole experience!

So, what are you waiting for? Summer is almost upon us -it’s time to kick it into high gear! Are you with us? Let’s get Shredding!

    This marks the third time I'm doing the 30 day Shred challenge for myself. I'm going to do it with you all, but I'm challenging myself to do the levels back to back. Today I did level 1 two times. Yay me!

    I am so ready to go. Incessant rain is making me stir crazy , so increased exercise will be of great value for the stress. My salad for lunch today includes leftover grilled asparagus and roasted rosemary fingerling potatoes with a sprinkle of toasted sliced almonds and light feta. Yum! Trying to work in those fruits and veggies which I love! How about sharing your lunch ideas? I teach so it has to work with my 30 min ” lunch hour.” thanks

    I just finished Day 1 this morning. Made it through, but my arms and legs still feel a little jello-y! I have a feeling I'm going to need the motivation of a group of people doing this together. Otherwise it would just be too easy to quit. I did sucessfully finish the Couch to 5k program in January, so that gives me hope that I can finish this too!

    I'd like to join as well… I've been doing the Shred, level one, every other day or so for the last couple of weeks, but I think I'm up for the challenge of EVERYDAY now (eeep!). The thing that has confused me is wanting to get in some Body Sculpt too – I just don't know when to do it. Any advice is welcome (I *could* do it after Shredding, but usually I'm too whipped. Maybe later in the day?).
