    how cool!! :) i can't watch youtube videos at work (oops, did i just admit to playing on SSJ on work time?) but i can't wait to watch it at home tonight.

    if you don't explain it in the video, would you recommend doing all 3 sets of each exercise then moving on to the next or doing one set of each exercise then starting at the beginning?

    Brooke you're hilarious!

    You would want to work it in a circuit fashion.

    So basically with the guidelines above, what you want to do is do the first exercise in the table (Plie Lunge) take your rest and then move on to the next exercise in the table (Lunge Pulses) until you finish off with the last exercise in the sequence.

    Once you complete all of the exercises that would count as 1 set.

    Make sense?
