Hello to all you lovely ladies and handsome gentlemen! We at the Sisterhood are SO pleased to bring you an exciting new challenge – The Shrinking Days of Summer! We’re always looking for ways to make things better, improved, and more exciting. This challenge is laced with fun and excitement! Do you think we’re EXCITED?!!!
This challenge will run from today until Wednesday, July 22nd. That’s SEVEN weeks to shrink, shrink, shrink, and shrink some more!
This time around we’re doing things a little different. We’ve decided to spice things up by adding a team aspect to the challenge! Holy cow did we have an awesome response! We have 15 16 17 18 19 teams, that’s right, FIFTEEN SIXTEEN SEVENTEEN EIGHTEEN NINETEEN!!! If you don’t want to be on a team, no sweat! You’re more than welcome to chart the course on your own, with all the same support the Sisterhood has to offer.

The beauty of being on a team is not only are you accountable to yourself, but also your teammates. When you feel like eating that cupcake, or that second serving at dinner, or if you just don’t have it in you to workout, think about the bigger picture! Your team is counting on you to stay strong and make good choices. Your team is also there when you need support, or when you just need someone to say “step away from the brownie”. We encourage you to stay in constant contact with each other via email and twitter. Get to know one another! Check in on each other, encourage and support each other.
