Shrinking Days of Summer, Weigh-In #3

Hello Men and Women! How are you doing? Are you experiencing some shrinkage? We sure hope so!

Let’s take care of business… Get your butt on your scale, remember the number, go to your blog and write about that and how it makes you feel, come back here and leave your permalink. Or if you would rather not, just leave your results/thoughts in the comments below! To be entered for our giveaway by these rockin’ sponsors, you must leave your comment by the end of tonight! The next step? EMAIL your Team Captain with your results by 10PM and they will forward them on to Christy or I!

Attention TEAM CAPTAINS!! We are going to be doing something a little different this week – please email me ASAP (melissa@shrinkingjeans.net) so that I can send you the information!

And then, stay tuned for the leaderboard posting on Thursday! Who will be on top this week? Will anyone take Team Lime down from their number one spot? I can’t wait to see the results!

    I'm at 137.6 this week with a loss of 3.4 lbs. After my 2 lb gain, I began to track all my food immediately and it made a HUGE difference.

    Just started today (well yesterday), we'll see how this goes. I Shredded with my kids yesterday and got on the scale today. 3 pounds lost, I guess, but I think the scale really is broke. LOL Until next week!

    down 1.8lbs since last week! WHOOOHOOO!

    and… i am 1.6lbs away from getting my 25lb loss button!!!

    This week I met with a personal trainer. He recommended a eating plan. With a cycling training routine. Much like the 30 Day shred video. I think I can do this one!

    I am still benefiting from my recent gallbladder surgery and not being able to eat much especially foods containing fat. I am down another 6.5 pounds this week (from 164 to 157.5). I am very happy I am losing weight but I MISS FOOD and this is not the way to do it. Don't expect these numbers to keep up…as soon as I can get off this miserable “diet” I plan on eating again and losing weight the normal way through a proper diet and exercise.
