With kids in tow all day, every day, adding up my mileage like this may be only proof of exercise I get some days.  Let me know what to do!</description>

		<description>I need to get me one of those.  Our province (well, all the provinces across Canada, I believe) has a fitness site along this same idea.  You&#039;re supposed to enter teams and see how many times you can collectively &quot;walk around the province&quot; in a certain amount of time.  Kinda cool.</description>
