		<description>I have always wanted to be a runner and just never really liked running (big boobs are not good with running....ouch)  I still want to try it so maybe this will help me.  I heard about this couch to 5k thing and found on on the web that made you pay for it so its good to find one I can download for free.  I had ordered the first week from that other guy and it was good, but I didn&#039;t keep it up :(   With alot of you doing this too, I will try again, but I pulled a muscle in my back and won&#039;t be able to start for a while.  I can hardly move from one room to the next so I will start when I am better.  Thanks again for another great idea.</description>

		<description>Yay!!! I HEART Couch to 5k. That is what started off the whole shabang for me, I wasn&#039;t even CLOSE to being a runner before I tried it last spring (2008). By doing weights on the days I wasn&#039;t running, I went from 175 lbs down to 150 by the end of the summer and being able to run a 5k! Amazing program for anyone who has never done a bit of exercise in their life! But I must warn you.. the empowerment that comes along with it is ADDICTING! (in a good way of course!)</description>

		<description>I have finished the C25k.  I tried it last year but got to week 5 or 6 and life got in the way and I never got started again.  I started over this spring.  I have been running 3 miles 3x a week for over a month now.  I will run my first race this Saturday. :)</description>
