		<description>I have to say since I starting getting serious about losing weight that is the one area that I have done pretty well with on a consistent basis. I usually drink about 96 - 120 ounces of water a day!! Unfortunately most of that water is consumed from 5 p.m. to midnight! :(( which means I spend too much time in the bathroom peeing in the evenings!!</description>

		<description>I AM BACK &amp; READY TO GET SERIOUS (again) *hangs head*&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have been using the &#039;too busy&#039; excuse to not focus &amp; be serious about anything at all especially my exercising.  the water is iffy @64 oz (I like to get 96) &amp; f/v &amp; dairy are minimal. I am looking for someone not in the biggest shrinker that wants to shred w/me.</description>
