Shrinking Days of Summer: Weigh-in #7

How’s everyone doing?

Today is weigh-in day. Aren’t you excited about stepping on your scale and seeing if you had a loss for the week? Yeah, yeah, I know it’s difficult to get excited about this stuff sometimes.

I know a lot of you are doing SO WELL with your weight loss, but I for one, am struggling just to maintain and not gain. Of the 7 weeks of this challenge, 4 of those weeks I have been out of town or had guests at my house. It has been a REAL challenge to lose ANY weight. I’m not making excuses….I’m just sayin’ it’s been a real problem for me.

Go ahead though. Bring that shiny hunk of stainless steel (or plastic) out, strip down to your skivvies (am I the only one who weighs as close to bare skin as possible?!), and weigh yourself. Go ahead. Do it now.

I’ll wait.

    Team Khaki has been doing good. Some of us lost, some stayed the same and two of us gained, but on to another week!! Yea!
