Have you heard the old saying ‘it takes 21 days to form a new habit’? Well, we’re going to test it out here at the Sisterhood! We’re going to see if we can successfully form new habits over the next three weeks, and we’re going to do it together, because together, we can do ANYTHING!
So stop and think about it for a moment. What new habit would you like to form? Here are some great habits that come to our minds:
- Water intake = minimum of 64 ounces a day
- Fruits and vegetables = 5 servings a day
- Dairy = 3 low-fat servings a day
- Eat breakfast
- Take a multi-vitamin
- Exercise = 30 minutes a day
- No nachos or chocolate cupcakes
- Sleep = more than you are now
- Go Whole = eat only whole grains
- Stretch your body, try it for 5 minutes every morning
Feel free to come up with your own habits, of course!
This challenge isn’t solely focused on weight loss, but we’ll be weighing in every Wednesday as usual! By incorporating one or more new habits into your daily life, it should affect your weight, and we want to know how much. We’re nosy like that! And yes, we are encouraging you to try and form as many new habits as you can. It’s good for you and your body!
