		<description>i love the c25k program - mostly because that&#039;s how i started running and now i&#039;m an addict.  i don&#039;t have a wii either, but have found a half marathon training program.  you and i (and any other running sistas out there) can just make completing all of our training for the week our own challenge. :)</description>

		<description>I am maintaining (still 165) but that is not what I want to do.....I WANT TO LOSE!!  The only &quot;habit&quot; I seem to be creating is &#039;not exercising&#039;....lol.  Hopefully this WW challenge will produce results....yes, I know - its up to ME not WW.  &lt;br&gt;I don&#039;t have a Wii so I will do Cto5K.  &lt;br&gt;Let&#039;s get this done, Sisters.</description>
