		<description>I am loving this challenge too! I feel like I am getting a great workout now that I am doing the medium intensity. I HATE the run!! I hate that they tell me I am going &quot;too slow&quot; but I am working hard to try to increase my speed and keep it up. I love that the routine changes every day! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am working out with the 30 Day Shred DVD too so I am getting a double &quot;whammy&quot; and my legs are absolutely KILLING ME!! But I am having a blast and it&#039;s fun! Thanks for the challenge!ki</description>

		<description>My remote/sensor has issues as well.  I was getting it a lot yesterday during the bicep curl/shoulder press combo.  I found that if I just wiggled the remote a bit though, it would then recognize where it was at so I didn&#039;t have to keep repeating extra reps.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also thought the stretchy band was too stretchy.  I actually didn&#039;t use it at all yesterday.  I used a set of 2-pound dumbells with a handstrap instead (kind of like these: &lt;a href=&quot;http://is.gd/2TxjP&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://is.gd/2TxjP&lt;/a&gt;).  It worked much better for me.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m definitely loving the challenge so far.
