		<description>I love what you have written...it sounds like something I could have written only I would have had to tweek it some. I HATE the way I let &quot;myself go&quot;, my baby is now nearing 6, and I absolutely LOVE to sit around and vegg out at night while eating some ice cream or a bag of chips. However, I want to see what my &quot;baby&quot; becomes when he is an adult -- so I need to take care of myself, physically as well as mentally and EXERCISE is what it takes! I need to lose 60 more pounds and a lot of dress sizes in order to be where I want to be, but it takes one pound at a time to get there. I am a lot more interested in my overall effort and how toned my body is becoming since I started working out consistently.  I know this weight didn&#039;t arrive overnight and it won&#039;t go away overnight, although that would be awesome if it could!&lt;br&gt;Now I look forward to working out every night and I LOVE to tell all my &quot;sisters&quot; about it when I have a good day or a bad one! Support from others is what has helped me keep up the dedicated workouts every day...THANKS ladies!!</description>
