Weigh-In Wednesday SFG Week 2 !

How was your labor day weekend ?  I hope it was full of good (healthy) food and fun with family !

So get on the scale and weigh-in,  then blog your results and experiences with the Shrink for Good and EA Sports Challenges.  Then come back and  link to your post in the comments section.  If you don’t have a blog, just post it all in the comments, there is plenty of room !

It’s never too late to start,  just add a comment that you would like to join and include your starting weight.   If you don’t want to post your starting weight, email  melissa@shrinkingjeans.net with your starting weight so we can track the total pounds lost by all participants.

Keep up the great work everyone !  We can get there !

*We have had a lot of peeps asking about the Lose For Good tees, where you can buy them, etc… GUESS WHAT? You can’t! BUT, we may or may not have THREE to give away during the Lose For Good campaign. We will be giving TWO SHIRTS (we have to save one for the biggest shrinker!) away on TUESDAY, SEPT. 15th during Lose-A-Palooza!  These will go to two of our members who do the best job on getting the word out about Lose For Good on the 15th!

For every accepted mention of Lose For Good made on September 15 — NEXT TUESDAY — via blogs, Twitter, Facebook and MySpace, Weight Watchers will make an additional donation – up to $25,000 for just one day of social media activity! And that’s on top of the $1 million that Weight Watchers is donating to Share Our Strength and Action Against Hunger based on members’ weight loss. Pretty sweet, huh?

    It has been over 6 weeks since I have had a loss. Instead, during that time, I have only gained. I am happy to report, I am finally back on track and I am losing again- woot, woot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is my first weigh in with the sisterhood :) This week I lost 2.5 lbs! yay! I'm out of the 160s. The 50s feel ok but the 40s will be so much better.

    The scale is still at a bit of a stall for me for some reason. *sigh* I was only down 0.4 at my meeting on Sunday. I was really hoping for more after that 0.2 gain last week. It's VERY frustrating!

    I am still here!!! We went out of town for Labor Day and then came home to a full work week. Then my son got a mild case of the chicken pox, which he still has SHEESH!!! I did get some workouts in and managed to lose 1 pound. With all the craziness going on around me and so many other things that need my attention…. sorry to say my blog suffers the consequences. I did not make a post but plan on posting many things this weekend!!!!
