that's exactly why I wrote that about the naysayers. I cannot TELL you how many people told me a triathlon was above me. if i believed everything people told me, i don't think i'd get out the door in the morning. funny thing is, it has never even once occurred to me to tell someone they couldn't do something, so i don't know where people get off telling me that something is too big for me. i think it probably has something to do with the fact that they put limits on themselves! they're projecting their own fears about what THEY can do! So you GO RUN THAT 10 MILES THIS WEEKEND, SISTER! And that half-marathon! And whatever you want to set for your goal afterward!! Because I know you can!!!

WOW – You have no idea how much I needed that. I cried right along with you when Daniel had his breakthrough. That is the first time I see Jillian speechless. I quit watching the Biggest Loser because I really can't stand Jillian's methods. Yes, it gets the job done but I hate her yelling at them when they are giving it all they've got. I liked Bob more, but now he is starting to yell at them too and I just hate that.

Anyway, Thanks for that great post.
