Hominy is like a Mexican/Spanish corn. The kernels are a little bigger and it tastes slightly different. I think you can find it in your “Hispanic” section of the grocery store of if not there, then maybe with the corn.

Six! WOW!! I love meatloaf and can't wait to try this one out!! I can't believe it's only 3 points a serving!! I think I'll pick up the ingredients when I grocery shop later today!!
