YES, YES, YES! We are once again giving away ANOTHER copy (and FINAL) of the new EA Sports Active More Workouts game for Wii. We want as many people as possible to join us in the More Workouts 6 week challenge which will begin Nov 20th. This game doesn’t hit the retail shelves until Nov 17th but you can pre-order your very own copy at Amazon.

A recap of the “game” (according to their website): The new More Workouts game introduces 35 new exercises, includes a warm up/cool down station, abdominal exercises and a 6 week challenge. Also included with the “game” is a copy of the Special Edition Bob Greene Nutrition Best Life Book that features tips on creating a balanced lifestyle, recipes from the Best Life Diet Cookbook, and a daily journal.

Again, this game will be for sell at regular retail stores on November 17th, BUT you can WIN ONE HERE TODAY!!!!!

I have a few goals. I would like to increase my exercise to a point where I exercise four days a week. This has become difficult with life.
I would like to lose at least five pounds by Valentines Day. This may not seem like much but I am trying to be realistic!
I would like to firm up and tone up!
I would like to lose an inch or two and eat healthy!! I love to eat natural- fruits, veggies, grains, etc. But lately have been eating too much CRAP and need to get back on track!!

My main goal is to get healthy…but if I lose weight, inches etc in the process of doing that it is a major bonus. I would really like to be to my goal weight by my 30th birthday which is next year but I am not sure that would be 'healthy' since I would have to lose 100lbs by then…big goals right??

I have several goals – Short term to lose 10 pounds during this challenge. Long term to be at my goal weight by my 36th birthday in September. My current fitness goal is to commit to attending zumba three times per week and walk two days/week. Lots going on!

I have lots of goals! But the one that means the most right now is to change my life so that I can do anything I want such as run a 1/2 marathon the whole way, shop for pants in normal stores instead of big girl stores. The biggest goal I have to is finish getting the rest of my weight off – I will get the 65-70 lbs off by 9/10 no matter what! I need this because I plan to live a healthy long life with my husband until we are very, very old!

I have never been good with wii games but I think it could be a great tool to exercise-now that winter is here. I lost 89 pounds and finding it tough to lose the last 9 pounds. Maybe trying wii games may help
