We are once again giving away ANOTHER copy (and FINAL) of the new EA Sports Active More Workouts game for Wii.  We want as many people as possible to join us in the More Workouts 6 week challenge which will begin Nov 20th.  This game doesn’t hit the retail shelves until Nov 17th but you can pre-order your very own copy at Amazon.

A recap of the “game” (according to their website): The new More Workouts game introduces 35 new exercises, includes a warm up/cool down station, abdominal exercises and a 6 week challenge. Also included with the “game” is a copy of the Special Edition Bob Greene Nutrition Best Life Book that features tips on creating a balanced lifestyle, recipes from the Best Life Diet Cookbook, and a daily journal.

    I would like to increase my fitness level by working out more. I have been slowly working on training for a 5k in the summer. After the New Year I will step up my training and increase each month till June when the 5k is. Right now I get 45 mins in on a treadmill 3 times a week, at a fast walk, and try to run more and more each time.

    I am trying get a lot more healthy AND lose weight in the process. I have found out about a lot of allergies and have had to change my eating habits on top of it. It had been making me sick and I'm ready to get back into the workout saddle. . . Finally starting to feel more like me again!

    I would like to just be healthy and fit. Weight-wise, I've lost a lot already, but I'm looking for maybe 5 more lbs. I would like to have more muscle tone. I'm also working on eventually being able to run an easy 10K 6x a week. Also, ideally, I'd like to be in good enough shape to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro within the next 2 years or so.

    My goal is weight loss and making good food choices. My first mini goal for weight loss is to get to my pre-husband weight. LOL So I have about 40 pounds to lose. Good food choices I am working on not buying the junk food and trying to cook more at home. Now just to try some new foods, that will not be easy for this picky eater. :)

    My healthy living goal is to weigh no more than 140 pounds! As of yesterday morning I weighed in at 196.2 so I still have 56.2 pounds to go, but I am well on my way! I have been overweight/obese for so long now that I'm not sure how much my life will change by the time I reach this goal, but I know it will be drastic!! So many good things have happened to me in the past 29 1/2 pounds! I can't wait to get to my goal! My little boy will have a totally different mom to grow up with, and my older son will have a mom he can't remember. Maybe my LONG TIME IN THE FUTURE (PLEASE) grandchildren will benefit greatly from my “new and improved me”!!

    The Wii has been one of the best purchases I ever made on a whim and I'm going to participate in this challenge — win or lose this game from ya'll, cuz I LOVE playing on the Wii!!

    Can you really win one, this is not a joke is it? Also for what video game system does this work, sorry if I'm a little slow or does it just work with the tv, I thought I saw this for Wii when I was in Target the other day.

    My ultimate goal is to lose about 50 lbs, but I know myself enough that I cannot set a timetable for that part of the goal. What I would really like is to get more variety in my workouts and build stamina for a competition in February.

    I have a few goals. I would like to increase my exercise to a point where I exercise four days a week. This has become difficult with life.

    My main goal is to get healthy…but if I lose weight, inches etc in the process of doing that it is a major bonus. I would really like to be to my goal weight by my 30th birthday which is next year but I am not sure that would be 'healthy' since I would have to lose 100lbs by then…big goals right??

    I have lots of goals! But the one that means the most right now is to change my life so that I can do anything I want such as run a 1/2 marathon the whole way, shop for pants in normal stores instead of big girl stores. The biggest goal I have to is finish getting the rest of my weight off – I will get the 65-70 lbs off by 9/10 no matter what! I need this because I plan to live a healthy long life with my husband until we are very, very old!

    I have never been good with wii games but I think it could be a great tool to exercise-now that winter is here. I lost 89 pounds and finding it tough to lose the last 9 pounds. Maybe trying wii games may help
