Really? Who knew?? They take the humorous (and disgusting!) approach when discussing the truth about what you are putting in your mouth.

Today I am thankful for my sweet husband who threw a towel in the dryer while I was showering after a FREEZING 5:30AM bootcamp session. When I turned the shower off and reached for my towel – it was toasty warm! Gotta love that!!!

Thankful today for my super sweet hubby who threw my towel in the dryer when I was showering after my FREEZING 5:30 AM fitness bootcamp session. Reached for the towel and got a super awesome surprise when it was toasty and warm!
