for interesting...jay and i looked at a house yesterday. and put an offer in. and it was accepted by the end of the day. barring structural problems or ghosts, we'll be closing on Dec. 28th!!!

Holy cow! Moving a couple days after Christmas? It can so be done though. I moved from WA to TN a week before Christmas while being 9 months pregnant and carrying a 10 1/2 month old on my hip without the husband...he followed in the car a few weeks later.

Interesting... I'm pretty sure I keep having children because they're so darn cute when they're little. I'm not so sure I'll think that was such a good idea when I've got a house full of teenagers. Still trying to convince hubby we need another, he doesn't seem to think so (of course, I leave our crazy chaotic house for at least 8 hours a day, and he doesn't, so that may have something to do with it...) I'll keep working on him though...
  • BrookeF
how many kids do you have now?
  • mathmama
4 plus my stepdaughter makes 5, though we moved last year and don't live near her anymore. Totally want another (most days. at least most days that I'm at work!)

    Here's my random comment:
I am thankful that the sale is now over for the Canon DSLR camera that I wanted...I was so ready to put it on a credit card I wanted it so bad. Glad its back to regular price...no more stressing about it!
  • Maybe you will find a sweet Black Friday deal that is even better. Canon DSLRs ROCK. ;p

  • You want interesting? Okay, How's this. Even though my 3 yo tried to make chocolate milk with cocoa powder and a very full jug of milk (which ended up all over the counter and carpet), I didn't kill her yesterday. Because I really wanted to.

Oh I have so many interesting patient stories! My fav is the lady that came in for a full physical, had a tattoo that said "go deeper" on her forearm and shouted "Welcome to bush gardens!!!" when I went to do her PAP. I was a student and it took everything in me not to bust out laughing. What is wrong with some people???
  • That is one of my favorite stories EVER!

I wouldn't call this interesting, but it was funny. I called my daughter last night and my 3 year old grandaughter got on the phone and said "It's Madagasgar santa on tv grandma, tell poppa!". She is so cute.
