		<description>Ha well i always think i am over weight because of my stomach it sticks out and i hate it! Ever since the sixth grade i have ran three miles everyday and done 100 to 300 situps every night, then stared lifting weights. Still got a stomach, I guess i will never be perfect.</description>

		<description>I weighed in at 172.2  which means I&#039;ve lost a total of 1.4 lbs. since I started.  And last week I was UP to 175 (I think there was something wrong with my scale...) ;-)  Anyway, feeling better this week.  Have yet to start exercising but as soon as I&#039;m getting more sleep I will start!! I REALLY want to but getting back into that routine is hard with a newborn.  Have a great week everyone!</description>
