I may need some "jillian" over the next few weeks. Dh came home tonight and was soooo stressed out, which made me even more stressed. I think I just need some good ol' exercise to de-stress. I really blew it with food today, but tomorrow is a new day and I will concentrate on eating for hunger, instead of emotions from here on out.
