‘Twas the night before Christmas
And now, a good old fashioned Sisterhood poem for y’all!
Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the ‘hood
All our members were scrambling, for recipes which were good.
Along the chimney stockings were hung all about,
With hopes that St Nicholas would fill them with EA SPORTS Active More Workouts.
The Sisters (and brothers) were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of flat stomachs danced in their heads.
And Christy in her knee socks, and Melissa in her rocking headband,
Had just settled down with their laptops to brainstorm and plan.
When out on there on Twitter arose a such a chatter,
They sprang from their chat to see what was the matter.
Away to through the windows they clicked and they scrolled,
Everyones 140 characters, a story they told.
A new Shrinking challenge soon would be starting,
With inches and pounds members would gladly be parting.
Everyone was eager and for details they yelped,
But we hadn’t quite nailed it, and needed some help.
With Christie O. in our mind, so blonde and so tan,
We knew in a moment she would help us hatch a plan.
Our challenge must be fabulous, not boring or lame,
And she whistled, and shouted, and called us name!
“Now April! Now, Heather! Now, Lisa and Thea!
On, Brian! On, Christy! On, Donya and Melissa!
Put your thinking caps on and get ready to write!
Our Sisters (and Brothers) need us to help them look out of site.”
As we planned and the challenge started to take shape,
We new this was going to be the best on to date.
So we said that’s a wrap and and squealed with delight,
Shut down our laptops and called it a night .
Next Wednesday morning the revolution will begin,
All of our Sisters (and Brothers) will step on and grin.
Knowing they’ll be bidding a final farewell,
To that blasted number they see on their scales.

So until then, dear members, just know in your heart,
We’ll help you figure out just where you should start.
