Let me just say this right out of the gate — I love the line of snacks made by Pirate Brands. LOVE. They offer Pirate’s Booty, Original Tings, and Smart Puffs. The snacks are all-natural, gluten-free, and offer certain products that are vegan-friendly as well. Remember puffcorn? Well, Pirate’s Booty has a similar texture to that, only it’s HEALTHY and comes in a variety of flavors, such as:

Aged White Cheddar – Yum! This was my favorite out of all the choices. I have purchased several bags since I first sampled it, and even my children devour these puffs.

BBQ- Blech. Not for me. I hate anything BBQ-tasting.

Veggie- Love it. One of my other top picks. Made with spinach, kale, carrots, and parsley.

New York Pizza- Very tasty!

Sea Salt & Vinegar- Not a fan. Neither were my children.

Pirate Brands also offer Original Tings Crunchy Corn Stix and Smart Puffs Aged Wisconsin Cheddar, which I can only compare to Cheetos, only healthy and without the neon-orange powder that stains everything it touches. Both varieties were delicious.

I love that I can replace some of my children’s favorite junk foods with alternatives from Pirate Brands and don’t have to listen to whining and complaining… they actually enjoy the products as much as I do. Plus, they giggle uncontrollably every time I say BOOTY and it makes me smile.

My local grocery store only offers a limited selection of the snacks (I live in the boonies!), but products are also available for purchase online.

I've tried the White Cheddar Pirate's Booty and it's great. I'd love to try the veggie flavor, that sounds yummy, too. Oh yah, and the Original Tings and New York Pizza, pretty much anything but BBQ or Salt and Vinegar (I think we have similar tastes). I'd love to win some booty!

Not entering, but OMG, we eat Pirates Booty like it's going out of style. Mostly my kid. He screams for 'BOOOOTYYYYYY!' Which gets some strange looks in public.
My favorite are the Smart Puffs. Num.

I've been eyeing the Aged White Cheddar Pirate's Booty on the grocery shelf for a while now...haven't picked it up yet, though. Of course, I've been eyeing the Smart Puffs, too, since I'm one smart cookie :)

Would love to try the Aged White Cheddar - doesn't look like there are ANY stores in my area that sell it. Can't find any in Saskatoon, or Saskatchewan (Canada). Boo :(

AND they don't ship to Canada either. No snacks for me :(

I love pirate's booty. We have not had them in awhile but I am wishing I had some right now to snack on. We love the cheese puffs and veggie puffs. We have also had the plain. I think that the New York Pizza sounds good too. My kids also love these. Now I will add them to my shopping list. =)
