Rethink Your Shrink: Week 4 Weigh-In

Wait. What’s that say? Week FOUR?? Have we been really going at it for a month already? We are over halfway done with our Rethink Your Shrink challenge. You have joined the revolution. You have looked into your past and looked into yourself. You have contemplated what works for you and what doesn’t work for you. You have created your wall of motivation. This week you are fast-forwarding into the future to write a letter to your present self.

Today is Wednesday. Time to get on that scale and see the fruits of your labor. Things are changing. YOU ARE CHANGING. You are DOING THIS! Your mind is transforming, as is your body. GO! Step on that scale, blog about it, and return to leave your link and offer your fellow sisters and brothers some encouragement and pats on the back!

Late to the game, but ready to join?? Not a problem. You are welcome to join at absolutely ANY time. It’s time to delurk and make the first step for YOU. You won’t be sorry. I promise. If you don’t blog, feel free to leave your results and thoughts in the comments section of the posts.

    The scale was kind this morning. I went from 138.8 to 144.2, so I gained a little under half a pound, but I'm more than ok with that. Have a great day everyone!

    I thought I was back. I thought I found my mojo again. Wrong, so wrong. I'm up a pound. What the hell!!! I'm on my way to work, so maybe I'll post about this tonight. Probably a good thing I don't have time now. The post would be “I've rethought my shrink and I say screw it!”. I'll calm down by tonight.
    p.s. Christy, I loved the YouTube. I was doing it with you. Lot of good that did me.

    The fourth b-day party in two weeks caught up with me .. that and the fact i've been going out to lunch instead of lean cuisining' it. So I'm up .. like 3lbs. On the bright side I think the 3 weeks of antibiotics has made me not sick any more. So no more excuses on the no-exercising thing. Next week's weigh in will be better !

    151.5 a 2.2lb loss since my last official Sisterhood weigh in two weeks ago. :)

    Last Friday, unofficial weigh in: 151.9
    So even a loss since then!

    Nancy, you are SO not giving up. I will come to NWI right now and throttle you if you even dare think of quitting. You are not a quitter!!!!

    We ALL have rough patches. I mean, hell, go look at my Weight Tracking page on my blog (up top) and see how *I've* done over the past year+. There were clearly some times when I was barely keeping my head above water, and plenty of times I wanted to say fuck it. But I didn't. I kept going, and slowly, very slowly, the numbers have come down!

    Don't give up. It happens. You CAN get back on track, and you will!!!! You just need to sit down and figure out what you're doing wrong, and what you need to do to fix it!!!!

    Down two pounds… so I am pretty sure that's put right back at even from when we started this challenge. I've been on a junk food roller coaster. One week I eat really good and shed some pounds and then the next week or two I shove every cookie, cake, chocolate etc… I see into my mouth. It's wierd I have never eaten like this before… it all started after having my baby. Is that normal? Anyway, as you can tell this was a good eating week :)
