		<description>Lost one of the three I gained last week..... getting cycle must be bloated. I worked out this week and tried with the eating... that is a work in progress!!! I think I am going to attempt the thirty day shred again just to change up my routine a bit.... that might just be what the doctor is ordering for me! No post again this week... no time... to tired... and want to spend time with my crazy 21 month old son in the evening when I get home from work :)</description>
