Last Chance TWORKOUT!!! – The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC

It’s Tuesday and you know what that means!!  It’s our Last Chance Workout on Twitter while watching the Biggest Loser!!  Who’s ready for it?  We start at 8pm Central!  (West Coasters- Heather’s sorry she can’t make it tonight, so you can just follow along from below!  She’ll be doing it too later tonight.  She promises!)

Oh, you don’t have Twitter?  Or watch the Biggest Loser? NO WORRIES.  Heather and I got you covered.  Here’s the line-up for tonight.  So NO EXCUSES PEOPLE.

1) Jump rope without a jump rope entire break (or 3 minutes if you’re not watching TV.) 2) Wall Sit entire break (or 3 minutes!) 3) Crunches – 30 regular & 20 reverse 4) Lunges through entire break (yep, you guessed it 3 minutes.) 5) Push-ups, any style, as many as you can do 6) Stride Jumps through entire break (THREE.MINUTES!) 7) Airplane – lay flat on stomach – arms straight out to side, legs straight out behind out. Then lift up head, arms and legs, balancing on your tummy, and hold as long as you can.  (Some people also call this Superman!)
