The Saturday Review & Giveaway::BOCA Meatless

BOCA Meatless Products recently contacted the Sisterhood about hosting a House Party. Lisa and I held the party at her house last weekend, and it was so much fun! BOCA sent us a party box complete with coupons for free products, recipe booklets, an apron, oven mitt, magnets, streamers, and a party platter. Definitely a party in a box! We invited some of our friends over for some meatless goodness and scrapbooking!
While I’ve always been a lover of BOCA products, some of the ladies at the party had never tried them. They were a little hesitant, but in the end, BOCA won them over with great tasting lettuce wraps and burgers.
My favorite, hands down, was the BOCA All American Flame Grilled burger with bleu cheese crumbles and tomatoes. We served them on the flat sandwich rounds, and the whole burger was 3 Weight Watchers POINTS value per serving. Amazingly delicious!
The Asian-style lettuce wraps were also a huge hit with everyone at the party, and SO easy to make! One recipe we didn’t try that night, but one I’ll be trying soon is the BOCA Meatless Taco salad made with the crumbles.
Overall, we had a great girls night in complete with great food, good times, and scrapbooking. What more could a bunch of girls ask for?
