The Saturday Review (and Giveaway): Weight Watchers Snack Cakes *UPDATED*

A few weeks ago, Weight Watchers got in touch with the Sisterhood, wanting us to give their new and improved snack cakes a try.
Um, okay. Twist my arm. Snack cakes? Yeah, I’m got a bit of a sweet tooth. Guilty.
Weight Watchers has recently reworked their creme filled snack cakes – Chocolate Creme, Lemon Creme and Carrot Creme – and I assure you, I was VERY excited to sample these decadent little confections. Because, you see, I adore anything cake or pastry related, but usually have to avoid such indulgences like the plague.
But not the Weight Watchers snack cakes…they are a mere POINT per serving. Yes. ONE point. I know. Also? They are low-fat and individually wrapped for easy portion control.
I tried both the Carrot Creme and the Lemon Creme. Both were lovely, but I think I loved the Carrot Creme just a smidge more. Paired with a mug of hot tea or coffee, they are a perfect midafternoon guilt -free indulgence.
One thing I have to mention – these snack cakes are pretty small – but truthfully, did you really think you were going to get a BIG one point snack cake? Come on, now.
Weight Watchers has a whole line of sweet baked goods – view them all over at the Weight Watchers site. And try not to lick your computer screen…I dare you.

I checked out the WW website and I'll try anything chocolate…LOL!
I took your dare and licked my computer screen when I was on their site. It tasted like dust but I still want to try the chocolate snacks, any of them. I've been verrry gewd lately and any one of them feels like a nice pat-on-the-back snack.
Chocolate Chip Soft Cookie is one point. I would pick Brownie but they are 2 points.
I love the lemon creme…have some in my pantry right now!

i love the chocolate muffins, but they are 3 points so they are reserved for special occasions. The carrot cake ones sound yummy, too!

I despise the new chocolate creme snack cakes. i miss the old one so much I could almost cry! I LOVED them!! My whole family (mom and 3 sisters) used to love them, and not one of us likes the new ones (I'm speaking chocolate here – i don't know about the lemon, carrot, etc.) There is no comparison in taste.
