		<description>oh those are awesome goals and i especially love the last one! i would LOVE to do that!!! (hooker retreat?) i am the same way about gym classes. i can&#039;t tell you how to get over it except to say that you do really literally just walk in and maybe chit chat with the teacher right off the bat so she/he makes you feel comfortable. you can even make fun of yourself out loud like i do and proclaim your first-timer-ness and be one with it. they really are fun and each time you go, you&#039;ll still feel like people are watching you but they&#039;re not! they don&#039;t care. great list! &lt;br&gt;ok mine are: &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1. st anthony&#039;s olympic distance triathlon&lt;br&gt;2. miami-man 1/2 IRON DISTANCE triathlon in NOVEMBER (ohmigod ohmigod ohmigod ohmigod)&lt;br&gt;3. Full Disney Marathon next January. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;4. (and probably most important) Do not get eaten by alligators and/or sharks.</description>

		<description>My goals are pretty small right now....since I just started working overnight and working a &quot;real 40 hr a week job&quot; for the first time in 20 years I think I need to stick to realistic and do-able goals.&lt;br&gt;1) continue &quot;formal&quot; exercise of some type at least 4 days a week.&lt;br&gt;2) continue logging my miles from work&lt;br&gt;3) continue eating healthy food, not drinking lots of sodas while at work, and losing weight.</description>

		<description>*LOVE* the idea of a adventure excursion!  Although I find it kind of ironic that you&#039;re brave enough to take that on, but worried about facing the gym bunnies!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My personal goals (this is very fitting because I&#039;ve just recently made a list with dates and everything)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1. Conquer a marathon.  My first is scheduled for June 19th, and it&#039;s a power walking only marathon.  Really takes the pressure off -- there&#039;s no time limit, it&#039;s all about finishing.  My second is Disney in January (Hi, Brooke!) and I&#039;m hoping to run at least a portion of it.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2. Indoor rock climbing.  I have a tremendous, paralyzing fear of heights.  And I figure if I can conquer this weight thing (and I am!) and a marathon (and I will!), then that&#039;s the next *I can&#039;t* that I&#039;ll face!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;3.  Climbing the Bernese Alps.  The summer I turn 40 (just over two years) I want to take a family vacation to Switzerland, where my family is originally from, and climb something serious.  Not the Eiger, or anything.  I&#039;m not that die-hard.
