Can I just tell you how amazing our Sisters are? All of us are so crazy-busy getting ready for our race that is NEXT SUNDAY (OMG), and when we get crazy-busy things tend to slip through the cracks. We’ve all been there, right? RIGHT? Okay, good!

Yesterday (Sunday) was supposed to be the first day of our very first mini-challenge for the Shrinking into Summer Challenge. Wow, that’s a lot of challenges, right? So here you go:

Since Team Shrinking Jeans is gearing up, fueling up, and packing up for San Diego this week, and part of our preparation includes making sure we are properly hydrated. Since we will all most definitely be hydrated this week, we want you to be hydrated with us. And no, we’re not hydrating with Bacardi, sillies (at least not yet!). We’re hydrating with good old-fashioned (been here for billions of years) H20. So get up, right now, and fill up your glass or water bottle and start drinking. It’s summer, and it’s getting hot, and your body will thank you for it!

This week’s mini-challenge:

Minimum of 64 ounces of water a day for 7 days.
