Hey! You!  We’re tworking out over on twitter tonight, so come join us, k?  Okay, okay…if you absolutely CAN’T join us (and you had better have a good excuse!), you can do the tworkout on your own.  First thing tomorrow morning.  Got it?  I expect a roll call in the comments.  I mean it…

Today’s tworkout:

1.  Grab your weights, cause I need you to hold your weights while you give me 3 mins of buttkicks.

2.  40 squats with tricep kickbacks.

3.  Grab a towel.  Roll it up, place it on the floor.  Stand on the left side of your towel and jump sideways over it.  Then jump sideways back.  Jump side to side for 3 mins.

4.  30 side alternating side lunges with bicep curls.

5.  Push-ups, as many as you can do.  And while you’re at it, alternate raising your leg every 5 reps. (You’re welcome.)

6.  60 second plankhold.  Two of them.

7.  STRETCH.
